A. The requirements are as follows:
 
Operating System Requirements
Service Company Users:  Windows 2000/XP/NT
Field Reps:  Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP/NT, Mac OS X
Browser Requirements
Service Company Users:  IE 5.5 -> IE 7
Field Reps:  IE 5.0 -> 7 (Windows only),
Netscape 4.5 -> 8.1,
FireFox 1.0 -> 2.0,
Opera 7.0
Safari 2.0 (not fully tested - but will support)
Software Requirements
PDF Viewer:  Adobe Acrobat 4.0 -> 8.0
System Settings
Browser must support 128-bit encryption (for SSL)
Browser must have JavaScript enabled
